Well I decided to take my own stab at the whole concept of Atlantis and such so here we go. ^^

Ry'Vun Shan'telnore walked a sea side path. The Solar sea lay to his left. Hanging above it was the Lantean Sun. A small artificial star just above which the ceiling of the gigantic geoformed cavern could be seen. Ry'Vun was listening to a speech on his wrist band computer. It was a history lesson. Ry'vun loved them. History was a favorite topic of his. Wither it was their own or that of the surface world. He wanted to go see it someday. Maybe he would. For now though the things that chiefly occupied his mind were far simpler. Such as who he'd take to the Solar Festival next week. Could he get his grade up in Biochem class, Would the new over bike be everything he hoped, how much longer would this current diaper last? Simple things although the last one seemed strange. It wasn't common but some Atlaneans like himself who had the gift to see into the minds of others with a touch did occasionally have some neurological issues. This was his. Though he rarely thought about it much as he walked looking back to a friend coming up behind him. The friend was obviously not purely of Atlantean decent as his blue eyes and sandy blond hair were mutations that occurred in humanity long after Atlantis had isolated itself. The Lanteans were a far older tribe of humanity with mutations all their own. Purple and Red eyes being unique to them. But such things weren't thought much of. Over the centuries Atlantis had taken in a number of surface refugees who were now as Atlantean in spirit as anyone else. as Ry'Vun walked with his friend they talked about this and that. Nothing all that important to anyone but them. It was just another normal day in Atlantis.
