Running joke between me and DS: Every time Alanna gets one of her Bloodstone dolls taken away as punishment for something, Bloodstone just gives her a new one. He's just kind of a troll like that.
Also for a really long time she had thought Bloodstone was her uncle and could not be convinced otherwise.
