He wanted an interpretation of the Killswitch Engage song, The Arms of Sorrow. I wanted to give him a mixed facial expression of both reaching for help and dragging the viewer down, but Toshi opted just for the simpler look of reaching for help.

I briefly studied photos of swamps for some of the liquid sorrow, which is something I should sit and spend a lot of time doing some time.
