This is Tala, one of the main werewolves from my Solstice series.

Tala comes from a human, Inuit clan of nomads. One harsh winter, her father got separated from the rest of their tribe with Tala as a baby. To save her life, he kept her warm in the pelt of a large, white wolf he killed. As Tala grew older, she discovered changes and special abilities, namely a sort of second sight and increased instincts. She kept these abilities from her clan, knowing they would be ill received, but also catered to her abilities, not wanting to ignore them.

She was outed as a teenager after her clan was attacked by a demonic creature. Her clan exiled her, but Tala quickly integrated into a werewolf clan. She now travels as an enforcer against rogue, violent wolves, which is how she met Cale and Inigo.
