Heeeere's Glenn!
So far I've only done the characters in their season 3 forms. But I'm seriously considering drawing up some of the characters in their past season forms. Especially one like Glenn, with his baseball cap and baseball shirts.

When I had the first thoughts of a Glenn pony I worked up that his cutie mark would be a horseshoe with wings. Because he's speedy. But then I also wanted to show off how SNEAKY he is.
So I changed the feathered wings on his cutie mark to BAT wings, which was also amusing because of all his baseball related clothing. Stepping back from this I realized there's no reason why he couldn't HAVE the bat wings too. Like the Luna Guards.
I really enjoy the result. Not the most dynamic pose or anything but usually with the first design passes they tend to be more broad stroked and straight forward.
