I came up with this concept about a week ago and now its finished. Its not quite what I wanted but its extremely close and i'm proud of it ^^ The lighting was a major part of this piece for me and I still have a lot to learn.
I want to make a sequel to this piece in the future, particularly a battle scenario of some kind, showing off the necromancers skills c:
I have done tales concerning the Book Perdurable. Somehow it was invulnerable to sorcery AND science, and reading it will age you 10 years. I myself have been a victim of this curse. Currently it is guarded by AlexReynard's demons, and they hope their guardianship will prove sufficient. Every time it was perused and spells used, havoc & upheaval have resulted.
I have at least 3 quite different versions of the Necronomicon (incl. one which is claimed to be fragments scattered throughout stories, as the book was TOTALLY extirpated, not just fabulously rare. Passages copied from now lost copies were used.)
