Just a little thing for Spooky Month. It's technically spooky from the one who's about to be strapped by a dapper-looking raccoon wearing dress shirt, a harness, leather gloves, a few belts, leather pants and boots.

Looks like he's got a few tricks up his sleeve. And those tricks involve... belts.
