Character Description
He is an outlaw, a wanted criminal of the War Sea, abusing his magic to takes what he want.
Personality
During Anber's earlier time in the war sea, they'd occasionally ran into each other and clashes, with equal footing and outcome - Both labeling each other as criminals and sent to jail, both taking each other's spoil. They've ironically grown to understand each other's power and ability

Background/History
It wasn't until one day, an especially powerful fight resulted them both with great injuries, Lucius losing his arm in the process - albeit this time both avoided custody. This causes them to become determined to train to become stronger than ever. They haven't ran into each other again for the next 5 years...
Relatives/Family
Having spent time looking for alternative ways to become stronger than her, Lucius kept on sailing further and further, until he found himself on the mainland where all the magic happens(literally). During this time, he forced himself to adopt to relying on one hand to do all the magic work, as well as training in melee combat.
Soon he stumble upon an abandoned arsenal lab, where he, using blueprints and materials left in it, as well as mysterious substances sampled from an otherworldly zone, Lucius modified a magic staff he had into a prosthetic arm, now capable of using it like an arm cannon and casts normal magic without magic circles restrictions.
World/Setting
Uses plasma magic circles by default, he's also able to utilizes both light and dark magic using his new prosthetic arm.
He's also a skilled, powerful fighter at close combat, utilizing a special technique known as "Thermal Fist". Even with only one real hand left, he still packs quite a scorching punch.
Body
A combination of Dark Mage and Light Mage, featuring both purple and silver colors.
Clothing
Apart from trousers and boots, he's normally topless, leaving his jacked build exposed. He does rarely wears a tanktop
