These are winged carpenter ants, didn't know they got wings but that ain't important as I have conceived an idea most ingenious, HEAR ME OUT.
Normal ants colony. With worker ants and a singular queen, nothing out of the ordinary, but all of the ants except the queen need diapers and are very needy, don't worry, the queen will gladly take care of them all. Basically a single mother and her 100 to 300 child. The queen adores every single one of them equally and will burn the entire planet down if one of her child went missing. I bloody love this idea and will definitely expand on it.
