The second of my OCs who gets official artwork for my project "Waterworld Arcadia" (WA).
Veylorin is an aristocratic, important political figure in the 'Waterworld' and serves as a middle man for the implementation of the BIC's intentions in national politics. Thanks to his illusionary magic he can hide this true form from almost everyone, and he is quite manipulative and deceitful.

The lighter palette version shows what Veylorin looks like to everybody who cannot breach his magical illusions.
