But I didn't do it!
Theme: Anchor
A poor pokemon was framed for doing something very wrong, and now he was about to get pushed overboard into the sea attached to a heavy anchor! Will he survive? Or sleep with the fishes

It seems like a totally normal sunny afternoon, but for one particular crewmate on the ship, it was gonna be their worst nightmare. That crewmate was a Kommo-o. Apparently they were framed for something they didnt do, so now they were getting punished.
He were currently getting tied up on a heavy anchor, the others made sure to tie up the poor Kommo-o tightly to the anchor, and the worst part about this is that the Kommo-o actually really hates water, they were forced to learn how to swim and dive to be a part of the ship, so they thankfully at least know about all this water stuff.
After the Kommo-o was tied up, they bring the heavy anchor over their ship, where the deep ocean blue water lies. The Kommo-o begged his crewmates to not throw him in and that he didnt do anything, but of course none of his crewmates believed him.
They then throw him off the ship and the anchor soon rapidly pulls down the Kommo-o. He quickly gasps a deep breath and holds it before they splashed into the water.
The Kommo-o kept a tight hold of their breath as the anchor pulls him down deeper and deeper in the water, he tries his best to start breaking free, but he was bound pretty tightly and couldnt really move all that much.
What the Kommo-o doesnt know is that it is possible to break out of the bindings, he just has to figure it out, but with how much he's panicking, bubbles constantly escaping from his nose and mouth.
Eventually the anchor finally drops onto the bottom of the ocean, roughly 100 feet from the surface, he didnt know what to do now since he was stuck like this.
The Kommo-o tries to remain calm even tho he's pretty far underwater, but he kept whining out a bunch of bubbles, contining to squirm around and trying to get out, to no avail tho
At this point things didnt really look so good for the poor Kommo-o, his face was already red only 6 minutes into his torture, hes clearly not a good breath holder but he can last longer then the average pokemon can.
He still has no idea what he was gonna do, he thinks this will be the end, and that he he's doomed to drown down here and never come back up to the life giving surface again.
More minutes pass as the Kommo-o's face was fully red and almost turning blue by now, he was really getting scared now and he can't even move to cover his mouth or nose since his arms and stuff are bound tightly to the anchor.
Nobody seems to come to his rescue, and the Kommo-o was starting to cry, this was it... he's never seeing fresh air again as his face is now fully blue.
But just before things could get really bad, the Kommo-o squirms in a specific way that made the ropes gets more loose on them! He keeps doing just that, and while it took a few minutes of effort to do that, he manages to squirm out of the ropes grip! He didnt know what he did to get himself loose from the strong grip of the ropes, but he didnt care.
Without a second of hesitation, the Kommo-o immediately bolts up to the surface as fast as he could, but without thinking he ends up taking in water halfway through, he ended up choking on it, grabbing his neck and weakly breathing it in.
Still, the Kommo-o kicks his way up towards the surface while holding his neck, he wasnt gonna give up and just drown right then and there.
Everything looked like it was just completely falling apart, and he didnt know what else he could do. He was getting closer and closer towards the surface, but his vision was starting to blur, and his swimming movements were getting slower.
Just before the Kommo-o could start to fully pass out from the exhaustion and with a lot of water in his poor lungs, he finally breaches his head up to the surface! But he didnt gasp right away, it took him a bit to realize where he was at before he finally coughs out a lot of water, trying his best to stay on the surface as he was sinking a little.
Thankfully he coughs out all the water, which was a lot, and finally gasps in fresh air. He slowly gets his face to return to normal colors and finally breathe normally.
Once he was calm, the Kommo-o was having absolutely none of this, he wanted to get immediate revenge on his crewmates, and he wanted to try and figure out who the heck framed him.
He immediately swims back onto the ship he was thrown off in, thankfully it wasnt too far away, his crew members having no idea what was going on.
The Kommo-o had to start planning his revenge, but he wanted to find out who the heck even framed him. But all of this was making the Kommo-o tired, so he decided to take a quick nap in his bedroom on the ship.
He immediately flops down on the bed and didnt even bother to get under the blankets with how exhausted he was. He'll get his revenge soon, but for now he closes his eyes and rests. Thankfully he locked his door so the other crew members shouldnt find him, hopefully tho, heh.

The Worst Case Scenario
Theme: Recovery
A Sylveon has been feeling sick for the past 2 weeks, and after paying the doctor's a visit to find out whats wrong, shes shocked to learn what the only cure this condition has

It looked like it was gonna be a normal trip to the doctor's for an appointment for this Sylveon, mainly since she wasnt feeling too well for the last 2 weeks, even with the medicine she was using nothing was working, but little does she know, shes about to find out something that is likely gonna scare her a lot.
The Sylveon soon travels to the doctor's, and gets checked in to the front desk, her appointment was in about 10 minutes, so she sat at the waiting area while trying to relax from her unknown sickness.
After the 10 minutes had passed, the doctor finally calls in the Sylveon, who walks over to them. The doctor was a gray anthro lizard with a lab coat on.
The sylveon hops onto the little table as the gray lizard comes over to find out what was wrong with her. She explains that she just constant feels ill, and that no matter what, even medicine didnt help for what she said. It ranged from headaches, fever, coughs, and a whole bunch of other nasty stuff, she just thinks she'll need a much stronger prescription to cure whatever she has.
As the exam continues on, the gray lizard ran some tests, and when the results eventually finally came back in, it was a lot worse then the lizard thought.
Apparently the Sylveon has some kind of rare condition that is making her feel this sick everyday like that, and normal medicines and even the doctor's own prescription of medicine wont have any affect on the Sylveon, and as the years go by, she would slowly get worse and worse, until... well I dont wanna say what happens next for the sake of the Sylveon but lets just say it wont end well.
That caused the Sylveon to worry, was she just gonna feel so poorly forever? Will she just never be healthy again? Luckily tho, there is a cure for this rare condition, but the method of curing it is...not the most traditional method of curing things.
The gray lizard soon gestures for the Sylveon to follow, and the two soon go into a room, that said room has a giant looking bathtub in the middle of it with about 4 feet of some kind of light blue green liquid in it, which caused the Sylveon to tilt her head in confusion at this.
The lizard soon explains to the Sylveon that the only way of curing this condition was to submerge herself in this liquid, for the next 24 hours! After that, she was gonna get transferred to an underwater hospital to get the last thing needed to fully cure her. That immediately caused the Sylveon to get worried, but she hopes that the liquid was at least breathable, so she asked that to the lizard
Unfortunately they shook their head no, she would have to hold her breath in this liquid and only come up for air if she absolutely needs to, which means for each time she is submerged she would need to push herself each time. The more time she spent under the liquid, the faster she could recover, and anytime she would surface, it would just slow down the process.
Now the Sylveon was really scared at this point, she didn't wanna do something like that, why can't she get a rebreather or something to use during the time? But the lizard said they didnt have any on them right now, and getting them was expensive, so this is all she could do.
So with a sigh of defeat, the Sylveon knew she had no choice, so she climbed into bathtub looking thing. She did have a decent breath hold of about 7 minutes, but she hasnt broken that record in a long time, so this was really gonna push her to the limit.
The lizard reassures the Sylveon that they will right by their side for the majority of the time, to monitor everything and make sure the Sylveon was ok. But even then, the Sylveon was still really scared.
The Sylveon looks down at the liquid below, really worried, but eventually she gasps the deepest breath she could and submerges under the liquid. Her cheeks were puffed as she held her breath, sinking to the bottom of the tub and curling herself up, trying to get comfortable for these 24 hours that she has to stay in here.
Bubbles leave her nostrils as she tries her best to stay calm, knowing she was gonna get pushed to the limit each time. She whines a lot, already not liking this.
The first time around she already feels a need to breathe not even 5 minutes into this, the lizard was already concerned about that, this was definitely gonna take a long time.
Once 10 minutes had passed she had already beaten her previous record, but her face was purple so she bolted up to the surface, gasping heavily for air. She wished she had at least someone to talk to and get her mind off the need for air.
Quickly she catches her breath and goes back under after a deep breath. We repeat this several times, poor Sylveon getting pushed to her limit so many times. She almost drowned serveal times during this, but somehow she gets halfway through the torture.
But by the look on the Sylveon's face its clear she needs a break, shes managing to at least last longer then her normal record from this, and she can already feel a little better.
The lizard who took a break for a bit and came back 20 minutes later, checks the Sylveon's heath and it seems the liquid is working faster then he realized. So much so that the Sylveon thankfully doesnt need to go back down and complete the full 24 hours, and will feel 100% better once she gets that think from the underwater hospital.
While the Sylveon was relieved that the liquid worked quickly, she was still really scared about going to an underwater hospital, knowing its probably gonna be pretty deep underwater.
The Sylveon soon got into a stretcher to be hauled away to the underwater hospital, the lizard told her she couldn't move too much or the effects from the liquid might wore off, so she tries her best to remain still.
An ambulance then came to take her to a nearby lake, where the underwater hospital lies, but with how deep this lake was, it almost looked like it could be an ocean.
Some paramedics then push the stretcher towards the water, then it gets attached to helicopter above via a hook. The stretcher then gets carried above the water, and someone soon shouts to the Sylveon to hold their breath.
As much as the Sylveon didnt really want to go under again, she knew she didnt have a choice, so with a deep breath she holds it in and the stretcher soon lowers underwater, bringing the Sylveon down deeper and deeper.
Eventually reaching its bottom, some aquatic paramedics came out to push the stretcher towards the entrance of the hospital. The sylveon trying her best to stay still despite holding her breath. No one was really paying attention to her need for air, more concerned with her condition.
The Sylveon then gets transferred to a bed where she lays down, her face turning red. She had to wait for nurse to come and administer whatever the last thing was.
The nurse, who was an anthro blue dolphin, who seemed very kind came into the room to get started. Immediately she sees the Sylveon's red face and blows a bubble for her to breathe from, not wanting her to push herself anymore then she already has.
The sylveon was relieved before she settles down from the air. The blue dolphin comes over with a vaccine looking shot, and she explained that once this is administered, the Sylveon should finally be back to being healthy 100%. However she would have to stay in the hospital bed for about an hour to let the fluid flow in her body, but she'll be promised air whenever she needs it
Understand that, the sylveon was ready, and the nurse soon pokes the shot into the sylveon's body, which it did sting her a little, but she was ok. Once it was all done, a 1 hour timer started and the nurse will come back into the room to escort her back to the surface to go home.
The sylveon then just has to stay calm for one more hour and she was finally done. During the time she decided to see how long she can go on a single breath now, and maybe she had improved during the 12 hours she was in that liquid.
And she did improve, by quite a bit! About 14 minutes is her new record, which admittingly she was proud of herself for managing. She gets air maybe 3 or 4 times during the hour, and once it was finally over, the nurse comes back in and brings her outside the hospital. She made sure to swim alongside the sylveon to be sure she went up to the surface ok, but her lungs got so tired she ended up accidentally inhaling water through her nose, quickly swallowing it and pinching it shut. The nurse was concerned but seeing that the sylveon is fine they keep going.
Finally they surface and the sylveon coughs out some water and gasps heavily. Going back to shore, she waves goodbye to the nurse before they go back underwater. This was certainly a day for the sylveon, even tho her rare condition was gone, her body was still exhausted from pushing herself so much. But now she was gonna find a cozy spot to take a nap for a while before going home.

Not an average dive

An unlikely trio goes for a dive in an unknown part of the ocean, let's see how this plays out

One day, when it was a hot day out in fall, standing on the beach was a sight that nobody would ever expect seeing, Groudon and Kyogre, together near the ocean, and they weren't even fighting! These two have become really good friends ever since Groudon has started liking the water, so now the two were gonna go for a swim together. They even decided to check out a new part of the ocean that neither of them have ever been too
But there was one last pokemon joining in, and that was Rayquaza, they were shocked that Groudon and Kyogre havent started any fights yet, and were so proud of them for getting along, so much so that they wanted to join them for a dive as Rayquaza hasnt gone on one in a very long time.
So together, the legendary trio all head for the water, with Rayquaza and Groudon wearing goggles, to this day the Rayquaza didn't expect to be going for dives with the two people hes been trying to keep under control for years, but yet here we are. They head out to the ocean before them, Groudon swimming to stay on the surface while Kyogre and Rayquaza sort of hover above the water.
Everybody then starts deeply breathing, Groudon tends to like to push himself sometimes, and today he was feeling like he should. All 3 of them have pretty impressive breath holding records, so they shouldnt have any problems exploring the deepest darkest parts of the water.
Eventually, the trio then takes a final deep breath and holds it in before submerging underwater, Groudon reaches up to pinch his nose shut, causing a few giggles from the Rayquaza and Kyogre.
"Whblat? Iblt hblelps mble!" The groudon said, blushing a little in embarrassment, but it was all in good fun. Rayquaza even pinches their own nose shut, making Groudon feel better, and soon enough Kyogre does the same and covers his own nostrils with his massive flipper. They all soon start swimming deeper underwater after giggling to each other of what they did.
This part of the ocean was pretty deep, but they weren't scared, they just kept progressing down and down. A few of the fish and other creatures couldn't help but stare at the sight of the three legendaries swimming together underwater, even groudon, they think this was a dream, but its not.
The three have impressive lungs, so with 10 minutes into their dive, their faces weren't even red yet. The deep dive continues until they enter a trench, now Groudon hasn't been inside of one before so they were a little nervous, but he tried his best to hide it as they all head down into the trench, above 500 feet underwater.
They hit the bottom before long, before Rayquaza decided to just slither around on the bottom to explore, while Groudon walks along the bottom, looking around for anything cool.
There was this cool looking creature that seems to glow naturally and it seems to have claws, it comes up to the trio, sniffing them to see if they are friendly. Once they sensed no danger they swam around the trio happily, causing giggles to escape Groudon.
They decided to stay and play around with this creature for a while, and Rayquaza couldnt help but smile, this was the first time he's been this happy in a while, and along side his two new friends, they eventually continue on their way.
As they kept slowly going, groudon's face finally flushes red for the first time, Rayquaza's face is a lot more red then Groudon's since he hasnt spent too much time underwater, and Kygore is only blushing a little.
This part of the ocean was a little strange, the trio soon comes across what looks like...a jukebox? What was this doing here? Regardless is made Groudon curious and walks over to it. There the Pokemon theme song was the first one that popped up on the list. All 3 of them looked at each other with blushing faces, was this some kind of karaoke machine? They quickly looked around to make sure nobody else was here, then they decided to just, try it... I mean they are very deep underwater so its not like anyone will hear them.
After selecting the song, the trio then all began to bubbly sing, they weren't the best at it, but they made it work and were having fun singing it.
This went on for the duration of the song length, and by the end of it, they finished strongly and were pretty proud of themselves, thankfully nobody came around to see so they didnt embarrass themselves.
By the end of it tho, the groudon's face was fully red almost blue, while Rayquaza's face was turning blue and kygore's face was almost fully red. The trio then continued to push themselves as they walked along the bottom of the trench.
They eventually find a cave that was big enoigh to fit all of them in, so they decided to do just that. Heading in the cave looked really pretty, it had all kinds of gems and other treasures lurking around it, and it was quite pretty.
The trio then stumble across an air pocket above them and while the groudon and Rayquaza were tempted to go surface in it, Kygore then said
"I thought we were gonna push ourselfs today hmm? I wont be getting any, so that'll just prove that your not brave enough to handle the burn! Hehe!"
Rayquaza immediately glares at Kyogre, they were brave, so they arent gonna let the lack of air stop them as they ignore the air pocket. Soon after, Groudon ignores it too and they continue on without getting the tempting air from the pocket.
Groudon couldnt help but grab a few of the gems as they swim deeper inside the cave, although deep down Rayquaza was getting worried that they might not surface in time. Regardless they kept going, it was almost like a maze, and they navigated through it with ease.
Soon, they come out the other side of the cave, Rayquaza getting dangerously low on air as they face was now purple, Groudon's was fully blue and Kyogre's was just now starting to get a little blue themselves. They decided they had enough and Groudon and Rayquaza jump off of the bottom to swim up to the distant surface, with Kyogre following.
The three keep swimming up and up, trying their best to keep holding their breath, but Rayquaza couldn't hold it any longer and started to inhale water! Both Groudon and Kyogre were concerned for Rayquaza, and now they had to save their new friend, quickly they push Rayquaza up and kept swimming themselves, bubbles leaking from their mouths as Groudon was getting close to drowning himself.
Soon enough the surface is visible, Rayquaza barely conscious and weakly breathing in water, and with one last effort, the trio finally surfaces, both groudon and Kyogre gasping heavily for air, and Rayquaza soon coughs out a lot water and gasps heavily themselves. They soon reach the shore, with Rayquaza collapsing on the sand to catch their breath and Groudon and Kyogre standing there watching to be sure Rayquaza was ok.
Thankfully he was fine and recovered before chuckling a little
"Heh, I definitely need to work on my breath holding more, you two might have to start training me"
And Groudon and Kyogre agree, the trio then gathers together for a big hug after their dive, with Rayquaza wrapping himself around the two in a group hug, big smiles on their faces
After the hug they decided to spent the rest of the day with each other. Now with Groudon and Kyogre being best friends, Rayquaza joins in as their new friend and together the unlikely friendly trio head off to spend some more quality time with each other.

Truly a Horror to see
Theme: Nightmare
Zippy was just peacefully sleeping in his bed, but when the pokemon known for causing nightmares shows up, things will get rather fearful fast

It was just past midnight at the home of Zippy the Grovyle, he was feeling really tired today, so he had gone to sleep about an hour ago, all curled up in his bed and sleeping peacefully at the moment
But little does he know, someone was stalking him, Darkrai, known for giving people really bad nightmares, and currently he was getting ready to send bad dreams to Zippy.
We soon zoom ahead into Zippy's dream, where everything seemed peaceful at the moment, but soon everything goes horribly wrong as the scene shifts to a more ominous theme. It was pitch black, Zippy looking around in confusion as to what was going on.
Suddenly he found himself unable to move, no matter what he did, he couldnt move his body at all. Soon, a tank full of water drops into view of Zippy, and inside it, more like trapped inside, Nox comes into view! He was frantically scratching at the glass while he was struggling to hold his breath
He lets out a bubbly yell for help, including calling Zippy's name. Zippy immediately gets really scared for poor Nox, he tries his hardest to move but can't no matter what he does.
Nox's voice soon gets really desperate, really begging for Zippy's help, whining out bubbles, even crying. Seeing the state of Nox like this makes Zippy really upset, even starting to cry himself, there was nothing he can do. Eventually Nox started to drown, inhaling the water which really makes Zippy cry for him.
It didnt even take that long befire Nox slowly passes out, leaving Zippy there in the void super distraught. But we dont waste any time in moving on from that scene. Now Zippy finds himself in another void, this time with his parents that are currently hovering over a pool full of sharpedos! His dad was a Sceptile and his mom was a pink anthro lizard.
Zippy couldnt move once again and had to watch his own parents get dropped into the sharpedo pool, the sharpedo's immediately dragging Zippy's parents down underwater and holding them down!
He was even more upset this time around, and couldnt do anything about it as the sharpedos kept his parents underwater, begging Zippy for his help. They couldnt even hold their breath that much with how terrifed they were. Zippy actually thinks this was real with how good Darkrai is at doing these horrible nightmares.
It didnt take all that for the Sharpedos to drown Zippy's parents, making him really really sad and still couldnt do a think about it, the sharpedos seemingly starting to laugh at Zippy, the poor guy just covers his eyes and whimpers as now he thinks hes lost 3 of his closest folks. He can even hear Darkrai's laugh in the background.
The scene soon shifts again, this time Zippy finds himself underwater, but it was so dark he barely tell hes even in water, yet he was. However, he feel himself holding his breath and quickly moved to pinch his nose shut as he was finally allowed to move.
So with nothing better to do he simply swims around and tries to find a way to escape this place, but with no surface in sight things didnt really look so good. All he could do was swim deeper and just hope for the best.
The waters soon grow more and more eerie, there was dangerous creatures watching him, their eyes glowing and their teeth baring in a growl, they were waiting for the perfect moment to attack the unwilling Groyvle.
Zippy's face was already red from his need to breathe, so he tries to find some air around, but there was absolutely nothing around, no air bubbles, no cave with air pockets, literally nothing but the cold waters.
So he just keeps going, but eventually one of the scary creatures that looked like a mixture of a shark and a lizard, came to attack Zippy and caused a lot of air to escape him from the suddenly force , but he luckily was able to get out of the way and swim away as fast as he could away from the dangerous creature.
They chased down Zippy all around the dark waters, avoid other creatures in the process, but soon he grew too tired to keep going and eventually he stopped, allowing the Shark Lizard creature to finally pin him down. Zippy could only cover his mouth as his face turns bright blue, getting really close to drowning by now
Poor Zippy didnt know what to do anymore bit struggle under neith ther grip, and soon his face rapidly goes purple and he suddenly gasps down the cold water.
But the nightmare didnt end, he was just left there to gasp down water for a long time, and just refuses to let it be over, Darkrai contining to laugh evilly and watch them suffer.
Finally tho, after inhaling water for what felt like hours, he finally collpases on the ocean floor, his eyes closing...
Soon, the real Zippy in the real world wakes up all of sudden and gasps heavily, he looks around in terror and confusion, wondering what just happened. Then he realizes it was a dream, thank arceus.
But who gave him this horrible dream? Zippy immediately thought it was Darkrai, and he knew what to do next, he was gonna get his revenge on him for what he put the poor Grovyle through. But for now he was gonna be recovering from this horrible dream, he soon speeds over to Nox, wherever he was and was gonna get his comfort through him.

Left to Dry Up
Theme: Stranded
When a familiar duo finds themselves stuck on an island with no other possible way to escape, they are left with one option...and neither of them are gonna like it

In the universe where it tries to get you underwater all the time, a familiar Lucario and lampent found themselves stuck on a deserted island. They wake up as they were unconscious before looking around in confusion as to what just happened.
Now this was back before Lucario had his teleportation powers and back when both of them had pretty bad breath holds. The two of them search around the island for anything they can use to help them out, but aside from a small forest with pretty much nothing inside it, they end up gazing out at the ocean ahead of them.
Lucario didnt wanna say it, but the two of them might have to go into the water to have any shot at making it back home, and for the longest time he never said it to lampent, which if you forgot he's lucario's best friend.
Eventually he had no choice and finally told lampent the news, which immediately caused him to get really scared, he didnt wanna go in the water, but they didnt really have much of a choice.
With a sigh of regret, the two enter the water, with Lampent starting to whimper loudly, he could barely even swim. Lucario reassures him that everything is gonna be ok, helping him along.
As the two swim along the surface of the water, suddenly the clouds darken in the sky, rain was on the horizon, heavy rain. Soon it started pouring rain, the wind was picking up and the waves were starting to get choppy.
The two tried their best to stay on the surface but with the choppy waters increasing it was getting harder and harder to do. Eventually the lucario was so exhausted that he ended up slipping underwater, immediately he covers his mouth to keep his air in, not having gotten a deep breath.
The Lampent was stunned for a moment, yelling for the lucario, he knew he had to dive down to save him, so with a deep breath he plunges underwater to save his best friend.
The Lucario covers his mouth with both hands as he keeps trying to hang in there. The lampent swims down faster and reaches his hand down and grabs Lucario before bringing him up to the choppy waters surface.
It took a little bit to get there, but eventually the two surface again, both of them gasping for air heavily, coughing a little too. They knew they cant stay up here during the storm, they might have to travel home by going underwater since it was a lot more calmer down there, Lucario could probably hold his breath for 10 minutes while lampent could probably only manage 4 or 5 minutes, so they would need to stop and get air pretty often, but that was the sacrifice they were gonna have to make in order to stay safe.
With a reluctant whine from the both of them, they take a deep breath of air and let themselves sink underwater, they go down a bit under they felt 100% safe before resuming the swim to the shore.
Everything seemed ok for the most part, but lampent was constantly needing air, so Lucario would have to stop to find an air bubble for him to breathe from, even he needed air quite a bit of the time too, since its been so long since he had to hold his breath.
The two keep on swimming forward, trying to stay calm, but despite the place being calm underwater, the lampent absolutely hated being down here, whining out bubbles the whole time with Lucario trying to comfort him and watching the surface above, the surface still raging on from the storm.
About halfway to shore, the two stumble upon a giant underwater whirlpool! Immediately they try to swim away, but the whirlpool was too strong! So they ended up getting dragged down even deeper then they should have gone, causing the lucario and lampent to bubbly scream for help, but to no avail, they were now gonna be stranded in the deepest parts of the ocean, alone, and only with each other.
As the whirlpool lets them go, now they don't even know where to go, they lost all sense of direction for the disorienting whirlpool. With fully red faces the two swim forward, looking around for something familiar to get them back on track. They think they are going in the correct direction, but who knows where they even end up at this point.
There were barely any air bubbles down here underwater, so they had to make use of whatever air sources they can find, which wasnt a whole lot.
They did however find a small cave with an air pocket above them, which allowed them to breathe and catch their breath for a moment without having to hold their breath, so it was a nice pause, but they couldn't waste anymore time. With a few deep breaths they go back down with fresh lungs and keep on swimming.
Having nearly drowned a few times during all this, they seemed to bump into something, and looking up, they noticed that it leads up to where the shore would be! Excited, the two swim up as fast as they can, having blue faces as they havent had air in a while, and finally they surface, the storm still going, but the shore was visble and they finally get of the water
Sighs of relief escaped both of them as they finally got to dryland. But they quickly learned that this wasnt anywhere near their home! They were still quite some distance away. So after grabbing the town map they realized that the only path they could take thatll take them home, was through a nearby river and go underwater to a passageway that'll lead them straight to where they lived.
That ment they had to go underwater again, and both of them were really frustrated about that, they didnt wanna go through the torture of that again, but reguardless they didnt have a choice.
With a deep breath they dove into the river and swam off, hoping for once last trip before they get home. The waters down here were pretty murky, so it was kind of hard to see, but they made the best of navigating through it
A few fish were down here both other then that everything was smooth, and the two soon head through the hole where ill take them home finally. It was really dark so they had a hard time seeing everything, but reguardless they navigate through things ok and get to the other side with mostly no issues. But their faces were blue again, so they quickly swam up to the surface to get air, gasping it heavily.
The two finally made it, and they headed back to their homes together, safe and sound from being stuck on a deserted island for so long.
