Percy is a young cat who lives in the spooky swamps, you're more than likely to see her dancing on a giant mushroom or spinning out of control thanks to magic marbles in her skirt. Her skirt is puffy enough to act as a parachute, it's ine of those rare moments where you can see her diaper, the other is when she faints from cuteness overload after being called cute so many times. Her skirt is held up with a small crinoline but expands out when she floats, she doesn't paraskirt often. Rarely she'll ever be seen with just her diaper on.
