Appearance
Echo is a beautiful black-and-white feral wolf who strongly resembles her late mother, Crystal.
Her fur is primarily deep black, with striking white markings across her face, chest, muzzle, legs, and the tip of her large fluffy tail. Her ears are tall and expressive, and her thick fur gives her a soft but wild appearance.
Echo's eyes are permanently blind. Despite this, she has learned to navigate the Alliance base through her other senses, particularly her hearing, smell, memory, and sense of touch.
After her devastating accident, Echo lost the use of her hind legs. Because the damage was too severe to repair, both of her back legs eventually had to be amputated. She now uses a specially designed canine wheelchair, allowing her to move around the Alliance base and remain independent.
Her wheelchair has been customized specifically for her body, with straps supporting her torso and large wheels allowing her to move across the base.
Personality
Echo is remarkably gentle, affectionate, and calm.
Despite being blind and later becoming paralyzed, she never allowed her disabilities to completely change who she was. She still possesses the same personality that Crystal had when she was alive.

Crystal was once deeply loved by Titan Speakerman and the Alliance.
Unfortunately, Crystal eventually passed away peacefully after reaching an advanced age.
Titan Speakerman was devastated by her death.
He believed that Crystal's story had finally come to an end.
But sometime after Crystal's passing, a new wolf was born.
Her name was Echo.
When Dark Speakerman discovered the young wolf, he noticed something unusual about her.
Echo behaved exactly like Crystal.
Her mannerisms.
Her gentle personality.
Her way of comforting others.
Even certain little habits reminded Titan Speakerman of his old mate.
When Titan Speakerman eventually met Echo, he was stunned.
He couldn't explain it scientifically, but deep inside, he became convinced that Echo was Crystal reborn—a second chance for Crystal to experience life again.
There was only one major difference.
Echo was blind.
Titan Speakerman didn't care.
To him, Echo was still Crystal.
Not a replacement.
Not a copy.
But perhaps a second chance for the same loving soul.
Rescued by Dark Speakerman
Echo was eventually discovered by Dark Speakerman, who found the young wolf alone and vulnerable.
Rather than leaving her behind, Dark Speakerman took her under his protection.
Although Dark Speakerman can be intimidating to most members of the Alliance, Echo quickly became one of the few creatures who could completely soften him.
He became her protector and caretaker.
Dark Speakerman learned how to communicate with her through sounds, touches, and familiar routines.
He would often announce himself before approaching her so that Echo wouldn't be startled.
Eventually, Echo learned to recognize his footsteps.
She could even tell when Dark Speakerman was entering a room without anyone telling her.
The Accident
Echo's life changed dramatically when a stack of heavy metal crates collapsed onto her.
The impact severely damaged her spine and lower body.
Dark Speakerman immediately rushed her to the Alliance medical facilities.
The medics fought desperately to save her.
Echo survived.
But the damage was catastrophic.
Her hind legs were too badly injured to recover.
Eventually, the doctors had no choice but to amputate both of her back legs.
Echo would never walk normally again.
Dark Speakerman stayed beside her throughout the entire procedure and recovery.
The Body Scans
The Alliance medical team performed extensive scans after the accident.
Unfortunately, the results revealed another problem.
The impact hadn't only damaged Echo's spine.
The force of the accident had caused several of her internal organs to shift from their normal positions.
Because of this, Echo's digestive system no longer functioned normally.
Her body struggled to handle solid food.
Whenever she ate regular solid food, she often became sick and had difficulty keeping it down.
However, wet food was much easier for her to digest and keep down.
The Alliance therefore changed her diet completely.
Echo now receives specially prepared wet food that gives her the nutrients she needs without placing unnecessary strain on her digestive system.
Dark Speakerman is especially careful about making sure nobody accidentally gives her something she cannot safely eat.
Life in Her Wheelchair
Echo eventually received a specially designed canine wheelchair.
At first, she was frightened by it.
She couldn't understand why something strange was attached to her body.
Dark Speakerman patiently helped her become accustomed to it.
After several attempts, Echo discovered something wonderful.
She could move again.
She could explore the halls.
She could follow familiar voices.
She could visit Alliance members.
She could even go outside.
Although she could no longer run like a normal wolf, Echo refused to let her wheelchair define her.

Relationship with Titan Speakerman
Titan Speakerman has an especially emotional relationship with Echo.
Whenever he looks at her, he sees pieces of Crystal.
Sometimes Echo will curl up beside him in exactly the same way Crystal used to.
Other times she'll nudge his hand with her nose when she wants affection.
Those small behaviors can make Titan Speakerman become emotional.
He knows Echo isn't literally Crystal in a physical sense.
But in his heart, he believes that Crystal was given another chance at life through Echo.
He therefore becomes extremely protective of her.
Titan Speakerman refuses to allow anyone to treat Echo differently simply because she is blind or uses a wheelchair.
To him, she's still his daughter.
Relationship with Dark Speakerman
Dark Speakerman is Echo's primary caretaker.
Their bond is extremely strong.
He helps her:

Echo's greatest strength isn't physical.
It's her will to keep living.
She lost her eyesight.
She lost the use of her back legs.
She lost both of those legs completely.
Her internal organs were displaced by the accident.
She can no longer safely eat normal solid food.
Yet Echo remains the same gentle, loving wolf she always was.
And to Titan Speakerman, that is proof of something he deeply believes:
Crystal's spirit never truly left.
Perhaps she simply came back as Echo.
A blind wolf.
A wheelchair-bound survivor.
A daughter.
And, most importantly...
