**Name:** Orange Cream **Species:** Eevee **Gender:** Female **Type:** Normal **Status:** Spirit / Deceased **Former Status:** Wild Pokémon **Former Trainer:** Sadie **Nickname:** The Citrus Phantom **Known For:** Escaping every type of Poké Ball, including Master Balls
### 🍊 Appearance
Orange Cream is a beautiful Eevee with unusual orange-colored markings and a soft, fluffy coat. She constantly carries a sweet citrus scent that makes people think of freshly peeled oranges.
She has a particularly recognizable **orange sticker** attached to her Love Ball. The sticker was placed there by Sadie when Orange Cream was still alive, making the Love Ball incredibly precious to her.
### 🧡 Personality
Orange Cream is:
* Extremely loyal * Independent * Playful * Clever * Protective * Affectionate toward people she trusts * Extremely stubborn * Very attached to Sadie * Fearful of being separated from the people she loves
Orange Cream strongly dislikes being captured or treated like someone's possession. She refuses to become a traditional trainer's Pokémon and will escape whenever someone tries to force her into a Poké Ball.
However, her refusal was never because she hated humans.
It was because **her heart already belonged to someone.**
### 🎯 The Eevee Nobody Could Catch
For years, trainers tried to catch Orange Cream.
Poké Balls.
Great Balls.
Ultra Balls.
Specialty Poké Balls.
Nothing worked.
She escaped every single one.
Eventually, trainers became convinced that she wasn't an ordinary Eevee.
Rumors spread that Orange Cream was a **legendary Pokémon disguised as an Eevee**.
Even Goh became fascinated with her after hearing the stories.
When Ash and Goh finally encountered her, they attempted to catch her themselves.
Orange Cream escaped every Poké Ball they threw.
Even a **Master Ball** couldn't hold her.
But the truth was much sadder.
### 🎀 Sadie — Her Trainer
Orange Cream had once belonged to a little girl named **Sadie**.
Sadie had been adopted by Professor Cerise when she was very young. She loved Pokémon, and her closest companion was Orange Cream.
The two were inseparable.
Sadie loved Orange Cream more than anything, and Orange Cream returned that love completely.
Sadly, Sadie became seriously ill with cancer.
As Sadie's condition worsened, Orange Cream refused to leave her side.
She stayed beside Sadie's bed.
She slept next to her.
She comforted her whenever she was scared.
And when Sadie eventually passed away at a very young age, Orange Cream remained loyal to her.
She never accepted another trainer.
She never wanted another home.
She simply stayed beside Sadie's grave.
### 💔 The Love Ball
Sadie's Love Ball became Orange Cream's most treasured possession.
Sadie had placed a small **orange sticker** on the ball so she could easily recognize it.
After Sadie's death, Orange Cream carried the dirty, worn Love Ball back to the grave.
She placed it beside the gravestone and cried.
Eventually, Orange Cream willingly entered the Love Ball.
Unlike every other Poké Ball that had ever tried to contain her, **she chose to stay inside this one.**
She never came back out.
Months passed.
When Ash and Goh eventually returned and opened the Love Ball, Orange Cream's body peacefully fell onto the ground.
She had died inside the ball.
But Orange Cream wasn't truly gone.
### 👻 Reunited
Orange Cream's spirit eventually appeared beside Sadie's spirit.
The moment she saw her trainer, Orange Cream ran toward her and jumped happily into her arms.
Sadie hugged her beloved Eevee and told her:
**"We're headed home now."**
For the first time since Sadie's death, Orange Cream was completely at peace.
Ash and Goh later buried Orange Cream beside Sadie's grave, placing her old Love Ball beside her.
### 🎃 Halloween Spirits
Every Halloween, Sadie's spirit returns to Professor Cerise's laboratory because Halloween is also her birthday.
And Orange Cream always comes with her.
Unlike most ghosts, **everyone at the laboratory can see them.**
Orange Cream is always happiest during these visits because she gets to be beside Sadie again.
She follows Sadie everywhere just like she did when she was alive.
The sweet smell of oranges fills the laboratory whenever Orange Cream appears.
Professor Cerise considers these Halloween visits incredibly special because they allow him to see his adopted daughter again.
### 🍊 Legacy
Orange Cream was once feared as a mysterious legendary Pokémon because nobody could capture her.
But her true story became known after her death.
She wasn't legendary because of some incredible supernatural power.
She was legendary because of her **love and loyalty**.
She was an Eevee who refused to belong to anyone—
because she had already chosen the person she would love forever.
**Orange Cream and Sadie will always remain together.** 🧡🍊🐾
