I've never had the misfortune of dry-heaving, but I can only guess it's weirdly disappointing when you try to throw up but have nothing to throw up. This is also another way to narrowly avoid drawing gross barf in my creations. XD
This No Man's Sky font is being used in a comic to write such onomatopoeia, and all I can say is I've contributed something beautiful to the world.
