Character Description
Standing tall at six feet, Olivia has an alluring figure that really sparks some hearts. Too bad for those people, she's already married to the skies and won't budge.
Personality
Despite looking like a milf, Olivia is all daredevil and free as a bird. Tends to not back down from challenges, especially if it might not end so well. Though she knows when to not put her life on the line unless absolutely necessary. And by that, is when she knows that if something goes wrong wrong, she ain't coming back.

Likes: Flying, building vehicles, designing things, Stryker's willpower
Dislikes: Stormwatchers, heavy weather effects, terrible engineering, asked if she is married and has kids
Background/History
Olivia always showed interest in aviation ever since she went to her first airshow when she was nine. Got in trouble when she wandered onto a plane that was getting ready for take off, then a couple years later arrested for attempting to fly one herself. This only fueled her desires to fly as over the course of the next several years, she would work to get her pilots license.
Once she got qualified, Olivia ended up losing it a year later after taking a duster and flying it in the city, nearly destroying a monument by mere inches due to her stunts. Despite this, she still continued to fly. Leading to her being arrested again and grounded.
However, the goat was not giving up as she snuck out into another airfield and took a plane for a spin. Unfortunately this was within Stormwatcher territory and they were not happy having a rogue flier running amok during their experiments. Leading to Olivia to getting shot at by one of their fliers and crashing.
She survives without many injuries, but was now on a watch list of the Stormwatchers. Leading to her having to steal another plane and escaping across Orvanellia before being shot down again and crashing just on the outskirts of Trenchwood territory. Once more making it out with only some bruises and a slight concussion.
A couple weeks later, Olivia gets called up from an unknown source and issued a challenge to fly a plane to a specific location. While skeptical of the call, Olivia still takes it up and borrowed another plane. In doing so, she flies it deep into a city, performing some dangerous flyby manuvers around some buildings, before coming for a land in a mall parking lot. Yet again, this gets the police involved and Olivia finds herself in the back of a cop car. Though instead of taking her to jail, she is instead taken to the main base of The Heavenly Nine, where she meets the person responsible for her last challenge.
Aria has Olivia sit down and talk over her flying skills and what has gone on as the songstress mob boss was aware of what was going on after the pilot was shot down the second time, over her territory. Now sharing a common enemy, Olivia happily agrees to work for The Heavenly Nine, so long as she has her flying license renewed and was allowed to fly around every once in a while. Aria agrees so long as Olivia doesn't cause too much trouble.
Relatives/Family
Born in a family of four, her parents and older brother supported her passion for flying when she first showed interest. That passion soon worked its way into concern with what all she had done to earn her way through it. Olivia still stays in contact with her brother after her mother and father passed away. To say hearing her speak is a breath of relief, as he never knows when her next crash might be her last.
World/Setting
Where Olivia initially grew up around is in former neutral territory in the west. Before it got claimed by Stormwatcher, who ended up losing it temporarily due to a truce with the Serpentines at the time as they agreed to sanction out part of their land for the Serpentines for a pincer manuver they had on what they thought was Utopia. This occured when Olivia was getting her license, and her flying took off when the truce was broken, when it was discovered to be a ruse, as the Serpentines destroyed an underground substation, rendering a city without power and angering the Stormwatchers.
Body
Short yet fluffy grey fur, with matching hair to boot. Likes to keep her horns short so they don't get in the way too much when she is working, but long enough to get the point across if push comes to shove.
Clothing
While her outfit appears skimpy of just a leather top and shorts, her argument is that it is less cleanup of her clothes when getting filthy during her work repairing things.
But if it relates to her flying, she states it feels nice to have that rushing wind blow against her body.
Accessories
Tends to keep a pair of goggles around due to mechanical and engineer work. The bandannas are mostly for show.
