A demonstration was being held to show off the strength of some new restraints being used to hold outlaws, and this Turtwig was the (un)lucky volunteer that was chosen from among the crowd. He made his way onto the stage, and he sat down on the cushion, as he placed his hind legs in the stocks. Once he was locked in place, his forelegs were also shackled together. He gave a few tugs to see if he could slip out. However, the Pokemon in charge didn't think he was putting in enough effort to get free, so a few additions were made to motivate him to struggle harder. Turtwig figured that the demonstration would be over in a few minutes, but with the tickling showing no signs of slowing down, he wondered how long this show was scheduled to last.
