This little birb wanted a pet cactus for their upcoming birthday gift. Getting a real cactus might be too dangerous so the caretaker opt for something a bit different. It's not real, but it can dance! Now the little birdy have a dancing friend, how nice.
This one is cactus wren. Visibility is vastly improved thanks to fineliner, but it's hard to control my hand and the ink soaked through the next page. Persistent anatomy problem (head and beak) remains highly noticeable. It's quite confusing to draw with my current construction skills, diapers too. There are too may types of diapers and too many ways to draw it. Eh, skill issue, I'll get better eventually.
