Here's Kitsumaru, a character from a very old story I created that I hope someday to do something with
The premise of the story is that it's the slice of life sequel to a shonen manga that never existed. Kitsumaru was the villain of that story that already happened, a kitsune God that tried to overturn the heavens and end all mortal life on Earth, and has now been punished into being a mortal himself
He lives with the hero of the untold story, a human called Jake, that already went through his arc, already developed as a character and reached his mostly final character form. The two arch rivals and enemies would have to live together and survive their everyday life as roomates, and Jake is thrilled to have him in the hopes to make him a better guy, Kitsumaru is anything but impressed as the jaded, grumpy and clearly pissed ex-God now punished to live with his mortal enemy, but he kinda has to do it, because he has no idea how the modern world works
I don't think I'll ever do something with it because I'm working on way too much stuff, I had plans a couple times with a couple artists to collaborate on it, but plans fell through. But I hope it won't die with me, I always liked this idea a lot and I think it has legs
Idk why I had it on my mind lately, but this is the first time I ever draw anything related to it, which is curious since this story in my head is at least 10yo, but I felt like drawing Kitsumaru at the very least
