In Warhammer Fantasy, Sliv'oth caught and devoured a modest clans worth of Skaven. Afterwards, they were reborn in a spawning pool of his own creation, purged of any hint of remaining chaos in the brilliance of his breath weapon striking their very existence, mending their body with it, and replaced the chaos with his own essence.
Diablito's Skaven lass, Gem, is a Silver Seer in tune with Sliv'oth's Dreamscape. As a summoner, Gem's gestures often look like she is softly petting, holding, or even hugging the air. Some aspect of Sliv'oth is always in the dream, and feels the tingle of her touch from there, answering her call through portals and and or manifestations of himself.
