Powers and Abilities: No special powers, aside from an insanely rapid healing factor, with which she can even regrow detached limbs or missing body parts. Her tentacles are very stretchy and much stronger than they look, being capable to easily restrain even a Mobian as strong as Knuckles with ease, and are covered with a special film which not only make them very hard to grab a hold on of, but makes them impervious to flames. When in danger or scared, she can spit a stream of ink with the same power and pressure of a water cannon and the precision of a sniper rifle. The ink itself isn't poisonous, but can blind people if it hits them in the eyes. She's a very capable swordfighter, being able to weild up to 18 blades (one for each tentacle) and fight with a very graceful yet lethal fighting style, made up of lots of twirls and fake-outs.
Personality
She's actually a very smart, cunning and calculative woman and a capable ship captain and fighter, ruthless with her enemies but compassionate and generous towards those who are loyal to her. It's just that many don't see it due to her total obsession over Blaze. She's the literal definition of clingy girlfriend and acts extremely lovey-dovey with Blaze, while making her distaste of men very loud and clear.

Likes: Blaze, treasure, plundering (it's in the name, after all...), fish dishes, scheming, fighting, her crew.
Dislikes: Silver, men in general, having her loot (or Blaze) escape her grasp/be stolen, unhonorful people, dirty floors.
Background/History
Being the youngest pirate princess in the long history of Sol's pirate hierarchy, many doubted that Plunder had what it took to lead all the rapscallions roaming the sea of Blaze's world. But all it took for her to convince even the strongest doubters was to raid a royal treasure ship all on her own. Ever since, she is looked up to by all the pirates, especially females, as a role model and evident proof that the old laws about women joining pirate crews were wrong. Sporting a crew notoriously made up of only female pirates, Plunder's ship roams the seas, raiding every ship they find. One day she tried to raid another royal vessel, and thus came into conflict with Blaze herself, who was supervising the transport herself, for the first time. It was love at first sight between them... or rather for one of them. Plunder was smitten by the princess'... everything: her looks, her personality, her fighting style... Ever since, her main goal (aside from her duties as pirate princess) was to snatch Blaze away from her palace (and from Silver, whom she despises heartily) to try and win her over, be it with her charms or with a little help from Stockholm Syndrome. Thus began their game of cat and... octopus.
