Magiarms, a unique type of firearm that was created by the Dratchkin House, the Magus House of the Five Domains which members utilized them as their primary means of offensive type attacks and spellcasting. With Ion being part Dratchkin from his mother's side, it was only natural that one would be commissioned for him, though the elder and current Dratchkin, Ion's grandfather on his mother's side, decided Ion would not receive a Magiarm due to him being the Yggdrasil, leader of one of the other Five Houses more known for being the Slayers House for their skills in swordcraft and ordered the design for his sealed away. However before this, Ion's mother let slip to Ion's mate Flint a showing of the plans to which Flint in his short viewing of them, committed them to memory before sketching out his recollection of them and set out to fulfill Ion's mother's desire to receive a weapon from this side of his family. Flint was able to craft for Ion his own magiarm with his own unique spin added into the design, something that gave Ion his heritage of the Dratchkin side of his family while also meant for his hands of being the Yggdrasil
