Genes informant as well as the previous owner of the suit( he never wore it he just carried it around)
He helps Gene giving him advice from time to time and sometimes helping on personal missions. His ancestor made the suit but Gene's the first person since the original owner to be able to handle it
He has a thing for any type of bunny girl which is why he always insists meeting at a Bunny Den location(franchise chain of strip club/ erotica), though no girl ever seems to wanna give him the time much to his dismay
He originally didnt want to look for a person to have the suit, as previous owners who fail to use it were killed to keep it a secret, but one day he met Gene at his lowest and the suit has been Genes ever since
