Interestingly, the subtitle of the song, as it originally appeared on YMO's "Naughty Boys" LP, was "Uwaki na Vacances"............. :)

Yeah.... Vacances. (Wikipedia link.) Although some prints have "Bakansu", it's a mistransliteration of the Japanese transliteration (ヴァカンス, "vakansu"), of the French word, "vacances". "ヴ", which is the "U" syllable character with the added " diacritic, to change the sound to the non-Japanese"V", followed by the small-case "a", to be the syllable ヴァ ("va"), rather than バ ("ba")...... But enough of my pedantic meanderings on my knowledge of Japanese kana syllabaries, or the fact that's exactly how I did first see the subtitle as "Uwaki na vacances", not "Uwaki na bakansu", and thought it strange to use a French word in a Japanese title......... 🙃 But then again, that was back in 1983, and I bought that LP as soon as it was imported to California right after release.... 😚
