A character designed by me and Battler back in 2021 that got made then sat there doing nothing for 5 years....
But they heard about this fighting game, and decided it needed a villain.
Welcome to the Tournament Fuzzballs.
This is the start of what will me an animated villain taunt sequence in game-intro animation. It'll just blink, move it's hand a little, and scroll the text and animation you see.
Still WIP of course.
