Nova is a mechanic and inventor who was born into a family of mages. The only problem was that she never had any magic of her own.
As a child, Nova ran away from home and spent some time living on the streets. That's where she learned how to survive, figure out how things worked, and slowly discovered that she had a real talent for mechanics.
Now she builds her own weapons and all kinds of gadgets for combat, constantly tinkering with and improving them. She has quite a personality -- sharp-tongued, cocky, and always willing to go somewhere she probably shouldn't. Especially if there's a rare part to be found.
Because of that, Nova tends to get herself into trouble pretty often. Luckily, she's usually good enough to get herself out of it.
