Ended up deciding on doing Lancer anyway. Even if it does kinda break away from the Mario theming a little bit, I think there’s a lot of potential for interactions between the three of them. I’m kinda thinking about giving him a joyful, and playful personality compared to the other two juniors hate for one another. Maybe he can bridge the gap between the two and get them to all be friends at some point. But of course, he’s also lancer at the end of the day, which means lots of pranks and gags.
