First one: A Steel-type gym leader, Stella, who is the 8th and final gym leader.
Second one: Maidra, the Iron Maiden Pokemon, not much to say except it's Steel/Ghost and would have Levitate as the ability.
Third: A Hoothoot evolution based on it having pocket watches dangling from it's wings.
