An ice cold, purple, bold, avian Assassin Duck, his name drop in the dark. Twitcher is his Name.

Agent Twitcher - Codename: The Drop enters the stage.

I got strong Darkwing Duck vibes.

My new OC is made from all "Twitch Drops" The Purple Streak Series from Hitman Trilogy.

The Equipment he use are restricted from Twitch Drops with "The Purple Streak" only.
