In living form Kia dresses in Black Hoodie over a black t-shirt, blue jeans and black sneakers. A pendent hangs under his shirt that can force his soul from his body keeping his body alive without a soul and puts a protective field that nothing can break around his body.
In soul form Kia dresses in the black kimono worn by all Shinigami called the Shihakusho. Draped over his Shihakusho covering him most of the time is a long black hooded cloak with a small crest clasp at his throat of a black wolf's fang over a full moon with some unusual markings. Kia wears a green pendent given to him by his mother that can force his soul from his body keeping his body alive without a soul and puts a protective field that nothing can break around his body.

Zanpakuto Stats:
Named: Kyoka (炬火 Firebrand).
Release Command: Howl, Kyoka.
Type: Fire elemental Zanpakuto
Sealed state: Like most Zanpakuto Kyoka looks like regular katana in this state but the handle of the blade is in the shape of a wolf's body and the guard has the same crest etched on it as the crest on his cloak's clasp.
Shikai (始解, Initial Release): When Kia cries out the release command the wolf's head mouth opens the the blade changes into two kamas, each handle in the shape of a wolf's body. The mouths are open with a chain coming out of them. Pulling the kamas apart only serves lengthen the chain for swinging the weapon around. The chain can also be retracted back into the handles to shorten the chain. On the blades appears the same crest he has etched on his cloak clasp.
Abilities:
Honononami (Wave of flame 炎の波) - A wave of flames that can be fire by swinging the blade or stabbing the blade into the ground.
Kajiarashi (Firestorm 火事嵐) - When called a storm of fire rains down burning most things in it's wake friend or foe.
Honō no sanpo (Flame walk 炎の散歩) - A very short range instant port using flames.
Bankai (卍解, Final Release): Faiyakingu Kyoka (ファイヤーキング炬火 Fire King Firebrand)
