ALT Description Text (Re-posted): Digital illustration by Mewscaper: to commemorate Pride 2026, the then-recent release of Deltarune Chapter 5, and my recent fixation with Dance Dance Revolution. The picture features Mewey, a fluffy Mainecoon anthropomorphic furry cat kittygirl, dancing at a double-pad DDR arcade cabinet. She wears an outfit inspired from and similar to the one worn by the character Rhythm, who is from the DDR franchise: pink-and-white jacket, denim skirt, blue glowstick wristbands, and distinct rave boots with her paw toes exposed.
The DDR machine is themed to cute kittygirl and pop idols. Sitting on the front bumper of the dance pad are orange bronze mice, sitting and waving glow sticks in rainbow colors. The machine is produced by "Konyami", logo showing. The tagline at the top of the machine says "Here we mew!" with a kitty face.
On the screen is a live DDR stepchart and background inspired from the song "Cartoon Heroes" (favorite track). On the screen features Mad Mew Mew / Pink, an anime magical kittygirl from Undertale / Deltarune. She is winking and posing with the victory sign. The combos are "Purrfect," and the health bar is colored appropriately.
Chapter 5 had a lot of themes close to my heart. The timing of it with my DDR fixation is a happy coincidence.
Treasure this world, okay? That's right, go outside. It's beautiful.
