Notes about Mistletoe: *Her bow is made of leather and held by wire. *She makes a profession as an engineer and has craft skills in alchemy on top of being a gunsmith. *Her over sized pink bloomers are meant for an orc and doubles as her pants. It has pouches sewn on the inside to hold her favorite knick knacks and light tools and weapons. Normally tucked into boots. *Fur is often covered in grease and soot. *Has a goat named Widow Beatrice
I'm not sure why, but this image gives me a distinct feeling that she's on a micro scale. Maybe it's just that, to my mind, the style seems quite similar to Rescue Rangers, and that's where the "micro" impression comes from.
Or it might be that her hat and pants seem waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay too big for her. That could be it too.

Her pants are underwear and would have some kind of elastic or draw string attached around the hem to keep from falling off. Mistletoe just tightens it more than intended.
The actual look of her outfit got inspired by the air pirate mother from the film 'Laputa'.
