Confetti´s mom gave the kid money to but her own diapers since she still wants wears them.
They guy behind her seems to be quite impressed watching the big bun getting her big diapers, while he is getting his big boy pull ups :P

I hope you don't mind if I give just a little bit of constructive criticism, but I think your English still needs a bit of work. Although I'm just able to understand the speech bubble in the top right corner of the picture, but the thought bubble coming from the kid in the background doesn't make any grammatical sense and I'm not sure what it's supposed to mean. I'm not sure if it's supposed to mean "is that girl still have bedwetting issues?" or if it's meant to mean something else entirely. I know English isn't your first language and you've been using it for a while, but it isn't too late to continue improving your English. I'm sure others will agree in the comment section.

Otherwise, nice pic.

Perhaps you might be able to understand me better if I translate the above into Spanish with Google Translate.

Espero que no te importe que te dé una pequeña crítica constructiva, pero creo que tu inglés aún necesita mejorar. Aunque alcanzo a entender el bocadillo de diálogo en la esquina superior derecha de la imagen, el bocadillo de pensamiento del niño del fondo no tiene sentido gramatical y no estoy seguro de qué significa. No sé si se refiere a "¿Esa niña sigue teniendo problemas de enuresis?" o si significa algo completamente distinto. Sé que el inglés no es tu lengua materna y que llevas tiempo practicándolo, pero aún estás a tiempo de seguir mejorándolo. Seguro que otros estarán de acuerdo en los comentarios.

I forgot to add, I'm also aware that people who speak an Italic language like Spanish or even French have difficulty understand English speakers and vice versa. So I understand if you find English to be a hard language to learn.

Olvidé agregar que también soy consciente de que las personas que hablan una lengua itálica como el español o incluso el francés tienen dificultades para entender a los hablantes de inglés y viceversa. Entiendo perfectamente si te resulta difícil aprender inglés.

I noticed you updated the picture and it now makes more sense. Also, I would've said "does she still wet the bed" but I worded it differently because Google Translate was translating 'she' into 'he' when translating from English to Spanish and then back to English, and I didn't want to cause any confusion. Though as I said before, it wouldn't hurt to continue improving your English.

My mother once made me go into the store by myself to purchase my bedwetting supplies in hopes that I'd embarrass myself enough to stop bedwetting. It backfired on her.

I don't think embarrassment can stop someone from having bedwetting issues, even if they tried. Bedwetting may perhaps become less frequent as a child gets older and the brain begins stopping them from urinating while dreaming of urinating.

BTW, how did you mother react when you went ahead with it?

EDIT: Or better yet, were you, or did your mother think you were doing it on purpose?

Her mind set was that, at 12-ish? It shouldn't be happening and she was convinced I was doing it on purpose. So if I was humiliated enough, I'd stop. Problem is, the teenage cashier thought my buying goodnites was the funniest thing in the world. He made a scene out of it. TLDR He got fired, My elder brother of the same age beat him up. My father found out my mothers thought process and yelled at her. Sadly for me, the cashiers had a younger brother and I was outed in school for it.
