some have questioned why penelope's face and neck arent fat like the rest of her,mostly its because "funi" but penelope ponders what it would like like if they were as chonkerous as the rest of her,i ponder as well,cuz i think it helps keep her a bit more distinct,but there always exists the lust for lard,so while the posibility exists for a retcon,im not telling anybody to count on it happening,esspecially when pandora is bringing the neckflabs by the truckload between the two big bug divas
