After about 3 tries this afternoon, I have finally was able to draw Optimus Prime for my very first time. I did not use any AI junk nor did I have to
buy a picture just for me to make my own contribute to the loss of an inspiring actor he is up there with the Late Great Stan Lee, and some
other voice actors and creators we all known and love.
I made this for the great legendary man Peter Cullen, I grew watching
Transformers when I was just a little girl, I was born pass 1980s and I lived
long and well to see both the 90s and 2000s so I am not just a Gen-X baby,
I am a "Xeninnal" Baby because I fall in the gap between 1977-1985.
I won't get into that please don't debate me there, this is a tribute art to Mr. Peter Cullen because his voice is just really remarkable he makes me think of all the other fallen voice actors that have that mentor/leader type voice like :
Kevin Conroy
James Avery
and some other voice actors I can't name them right now but
if you can think of any and I can tell you yes I watch that show
yes I do miss them too but just be clear with them with me.
Anyways, this only a "one time" drawing I have done here don't
expect me to draw anymore characters from The Transformers
franchise because they are all label "Mecha" Robots and I am still
not very good at drawing them. I barely survive drawing Mega Man X he's just as hard to draw at times too. It's the helmet with him at times.
But let me not get off on topic here, Optimus Prime is not just a leader to
the Autobots he was a Mentor to Mankind as well when he had those
humans at their base helping him out with ways he can take Megatron down.
I feel like when I hear Otimus'voice, I think of all the Mentor/Father like
characters from other shows. I can't rate him from any of them.
You all know I love Beast from both of The X-Men shows,
Master Splinter from TMNT
Dr. Light Mega Man
Bruce Wayne/Batman the Animated Series
Again, can't think of any other inspiring character male or female atm.
I am going to leave you all with this:
