Chloe has many different forms she uses to combat evil. These forms can be elemental-based powers, like Fire Chloe, Water Chloe, or Ice Chloe, or forms based around melee combat or hand-based weapons. But Chloe is powerful even in her regular form. I drew a few pictures depicting her some of her base/normal abilities, as shown here.
Speed - Chloe can run quite fast, despite her chubby body and short legs. If she gains enough speed, she can run up walls and tackle enemies (similarly to Sonic and Peppino from Pizza Tower)
Spin Dash- She can curl up into a ball and spin with amazing speed and force, taking down weaker enemies easily
Ground Pound - She can also use her big butt to smash enemies flat.
Belly Bump- Chloe can use her fat belly to ram enemies. She can stand still and push her belly out to hit them; she can also run forward and charge at them. Of course, she will need to be much bigger than default size to do this.
And there are some other moves that I didn't feel like drawing:
Fly - Using her incredibly long ponytail, she can spin it like a helicopter and fly, (like Tails or Rayman). She can only stay suspended in the air for a short while though.
Hair Grab - Chloe can use her ponytail, extend it, and use it as a giant appendage. She can use to grab her enemies, swing them around, throw them, or slam them on the ground
Belly Slam - Similar to the Ground Pound, but she expands her belly to slam enemies instead. This can hit them directly, or hit the ground to make a huge shockwave
Inhale - She can inhale food like a glutton and inflate herself with air or water, like a balloon, and even vore enemies whole. Also, if she inhales enough air, she can purposely make her explode, which hurts enemies, but somehow not herself.
Kick - She can kick opponents with great force (similar to that one air kick move Mario has in Smash Bros. Or at least, the pose looks similar)
Stomp- She can stomp enemies with her feet. It visually looks similar to the move mentioned above. Also kinda looks like that Stomp animation Peppino has.
