This here is Nimbo, shes a small weather system that has her powers contained with a boundary ring that not only encompasses her body and prevents her from floating away and dissipating into the atmosphere. But also provides a moderate strength shield to protect her from the elements
Attatched to the boundary ring are two arms that she can use to interact and emote with the world around her. The rainbow coloured areas are filled with mist, that help keep her from drying out., I.e as long as the rainbow is there, shes healthy! as the transparent areas have prismatic cells in them, that split the light out from the moisture and thus appear rainbow coloured.
the horn part runs along the top of her head/body/mass, and has the ability to convey her nueral signals to the "suit", while also spraying the mist she needs to form her body. She does sometimes need topping up with water on hot days, as we all do.
She seems to like arts and crafts, and baking things for her friends.
