What was once a formless consciousness, it gained a body by devouring the previous owner of the suit that Gene wears. She is the embodiment of the hate and anger of humans towards Noids and The Mascots and when she is in control, the suit not only gains a demonic look, but kills Noids regardless if there good or bad

She is a piece of Azathoth, completely her own being. Just like how the mascots were givin life by a slab of rock from another world, she was givin life when the pieces of the slab were used to make the suit after Nic destroyed it
