It's Scootaloo from the Equestria Girls counterpart to My Little Pony as a fairy.
Since the franchise originally started in the 1980s, I decided to give her the outfit of another 80s character Herself the Elf. Of course, I got a little creative and made it more like something out of Winx Club.
