I’m not entirely sure about the characters' backstories, but a young lady named Desiree entered into a pact—not quite voluntarily—with a demon who has a thing for diapers and sent her to another dimension to learn the ropes.
In this world, wearing diapers until the age of 25 is a legal requirement. Only then are you considered an adult and eligible to become a "Mommy" or "Daddy." The place is full of oversized strollers, big babies, and everything a heart could desire.

i like the belt with a key across the diaper. its locked on, only another person is able to undo it and change it. diapers already are taped/pinned and the wearer is "trapped" in it, the belt is there to deny access to the tapes/pins
