Just North of the Horse Head Nebula, West-by Northeast of the northernmost solar system, almost to the edge of the known universe, that's where you'll find the Bedazzled Galaxy. So-named because it resembles a regal cape embroidered with beautiful gems that sparkled for all the universe to see. At the center of this galaxy, you will find the planet Peldresar. Peldresar is a beautiful planet consisting of a partially crystalline environment and advanced technology. Its inhabitants, the Peldresari are an equally advanced people who, once Homo-Sapien in appearance, fell victim millennia ago to a worldwide accident that resulted in changes to them and the planet's landscape. They are now one of many races in this universe who resemble your Animal Kingdom in humanoid form. They are known throughout the universe for being the first to perfect interplanetary and interdimensional travel.
Our story takes place in the metropolitan city of Moshaar, where Lupington Industries' main offices call home. The chairman, Charles Lupington had approved of an experiment being concocted by his Pharmaceutical department. The wife of local hero, Claudius Miyadro had donated her pregnancy to this experiment which was to trigger a sort of evolution in a person's capabilities. Essentially a way to make strong fighters intended for planetary defense. Sometime after the child was born, there was an attack that resulted in Lupington's death. With no known heir, Lupington Industries was absorbed by OrsonCorp.
Seven years had passed since then, Claudius had kept a low profile along with one of the project's scientists and the latter's wife working as the staff for Angora's Pizzeria Emporium and MSF Stadium. His daughter, while showing improvement from birth, couldn't go outside without a special protective apparatus due to a birth complication that left her frail to the point that while she doesn't have glass bones or paper skin, was easily injured. Despite this, the doctor's readings say she's improving every day and would have a more normal life by the age of Twelve. One night, however, when she was to receive some medication, there was a mix-up with a synthesized mixture of the Pharmaceuticals used for the project. The Doctor had no choice but to place Claudia in suspended animation in a special pod that kept her stable as she grew into the dosage she was well-meaningfully given.
After a decade, the little girl, now a young lady of 17, emerged from the pod she called home back into the conscious world. The re-introduction of the very substance that gave her life resulted in, among other things, alterations to her hair and fur pigments, enhanced strength, speed, agility and flexibility, a possible spike in her overall intelligence, an invincible exterior and a new unexplained energy-based power. It also resulted in a second personality that contrasted her usual sweet, caring, calm nature when under great stress. This was later revealed to be her vestigial twin sister, Rachael who was an otherwise benign extra piece of her brain somehow awoken during the suspended animation. After a series of events and word-of-mouth, OrsonCorp caught wind of Claudia having survived the attack. With her father, the doctor and her newfound friends, can she hope to defeat OrsonCorp, save the world and on top of it, avenge Charles Lupington?
This is the life of Claudia Miyadro, who would soon be known as...The Wild Cat!
