Sometimes it's hard for two heads to agree on anything, especially when one of them is dominant. The dominant head thinks it's always right, even when it isn't.
Such is the case of "myiuse"'s OC Anfisa, a two-headed dragon. It looks like she's sulking, but her two heads are communicating telepathically...even to the point of arguing. And who knows what the final decision will be?
