Descriptions
Physical: Zane is a wolf/wolf dog pup around 10 years old. Fur is silver and grey with blue eyes. He stands a little taller than Chase and is more built than the other pups. Usually wearing a slick black and purple body suit complete with an ascot. Pup pack is smaller than most and has two robotic arms, whistle activated (wolves don't bark). No pup tag or collar, instead has an earpiece for communication.
Other physical notes:
Zane is very physically strong and fast on his paws. He has incredible and well practiced reflexes.
Personality: Supremely overconfident. Believes himself better than the Paw Patrol and just about everyone else. His massive ego aside, an odd quirk about him is that he will never cheat nor steal. There is a code of honor he follows; wanting to win at a game or competition fairly. He despises cheating, even going after other villains who cheat or lack honor so he has actually helped the Paw Patrol before. He's also incredibly smart, cunning and capable but most of all, deviously patient. He speaks rather elegantly most of the time but does use slang sometimes.
Wins often but is often infuriated by the “lame” prizes he gets.
Family members (known)
Everest: Younger half sister sharing a mother.
Accomplices
Moby: The grumpy ex merpup engineer. This is Zane’s main minion or even friend along with McSquidly. Moby is his inventor and engineer. Zane seems to understand the merpup and the two have a genuine bond.
Claw: Sometimes the ex knight is an ally with Zane, sometimes not.
Sweetie: On rare occasions, the royal pup has teamed up with Zane or Zane has faked being on her side to undermine her.
Arrby: Extremely rare these two interact. The pirate pup swears he sees something good in the wolf dog.
Lair: His and Moby's main base and home. Location inconclusive. Somewhere in the woods.
Main goals
Prove he's better than everyone. Prove that honor is important even in villainy. Possibly protect Adventure Bay (maybe). Best the Paw Patrol. Protect his little half sister Everest and beat her in competitions.
Known likes: Himself, his lair, Moby, winning, his sister (sometimes) Claw (sometimes), intelligent people and pups, honor, valor, steak, most sweet things, ginger snaps.
Known dislikes: Others (sometimes), losing unfairly, pup food, pup treats, McSquidly getting stuck to him, whining, Mayor Humdinger, Digi and Tal, dishonorable people and pups, Moby in distress (but he tries to hide it), Everest in distress (do NOT DARE), the Paw Patrol (kinda?)

Addendum
Although mostly a villain, he has helped the Paw Patrol before and others. It seems that the wolf isn't all cold, that there is a spark of good in his dim heart. He's very protective of Everest but won't admit it.
Moby is less villainous than he used to be, probably due to Zane understanding him.
Overview
He can help or hinder. All of Adventure Bay should be cautious about him and Moby. Rest assured, they won't, or at least shouldn't, cause damage but still be cautious.
