Kandle is a kobold hungerseed in Willowshore more used to scurrying through their trash than eating cooked food. But when the Season of Ghosts rolled in, he proved himself not only a capable ball of violence (which did not need to be proven), but also willing to help people in times of need. Ever grateful, the residents offer him food.
