Looks like Perry The Platypus caught a newest trap invention for Dr. Doofenshmirtz called the "Feetgrowthdancing-inator".
So what is thing?
Well the Feetgrowthdancing-inator are designed to make the O.W.C.A. (also known as the "Organization Without a Cool Acronym") animal agents mostly bipedal species by firing a yellow of wave-like beam with music notes on it causing the victims affected by the beam and their feet will grow in massive size and forcing to dance against of their own will. They have no effect on four legged animal which causing them to immobilized in a affected area in just 100m away from the machine, the only way to stop it was a simple power outage but if they destroyed while still have power it will cause the victim's big dancing feet to become permanent, so decide wisely.
