I made this back ~1993, before i even knew of the furry fandom, or of fursuits at all!
The best i could find for a base was a unitard. I had to cut out cardboard to stretch the fabric for each part in order to hand paint each scale on it. My grandmother made the hood, which again i painted.
These photos were taken some years later, when i finally found the fandom and started going to furcons :)
