So, around Christmas I decided to do a gift for my friend shuuman, and something in my brain clicked over and went 'You should draw that Goodra of theirs as a Sonic OC. Just, hit them with the Sonic OC beam.'
They loved the final product, and I honestly had a lot of fun designing them. You wouldn't believe it, but I actually drew a LOT of Sonic characters and Sonic OCs when I was starting art in middle school, so, in a way this was almost like a return to my formative years. I, of course, added some dragon vibes in there to get the idea to come across completely and I'm glad I did. I also decided to draw them up in a Sonic Riders outfit, because the style of the art in that game's manual still lives rent free in my head.
