This is my latest mod of Skyrim Special Edition and yes they are still in diapers. You can now adopt Chase and Rocky. You can play games with them and give them bottles and a fresh diaper. You can also give them a pacifier but they cant equip it. Its just a gift you can give them. Here is the link to my video of my mod:
