Well, here's my second artfight attack this year and I wanted to try out something more painterly again. Made sure to render the face more than the other things...but I think this piece would have benefited from more rendering, but I dunno. Also I didn't feel like rendering out millions of leaves and blades of grass, so maybe this was also not the right composition for my little painting practice. Already took me almost 4 hours to complete, so already one of the pieces I spent the most time on so far.
As always I have learned a lot :)
