After his latest humiliating defeat by Krypto, Snooky Wookums is doing time in a juvenile correctional center for villainous felines. But even in detention, the troublemaking alien cat can't stay out of trouble. The other inmates decided to remind him who's boss by giving him a brutal fence wedgie, leaving the helpless feline dangling painfully by his tighty-whities for the whole yard to laugh at!
